Every day is a NEW beginning, take a deep breath and START AGAIN.

So many things to do, so little time…

I have a thousand things that I ‘plan’ to do right now. Yes, a thousand things.. But recently, 24 hours was never enough. Woke up at 6.30am & getting ready for work, working from 8.30am to 5.30pm, reach home at 7.00pm, preparing for dinner (estimate time 1 hour), and around 9.30pm after done with dinner, I’m almost fainted. Super exhausted! And of course I will laying down in front of TV until 11.30pm before going to bed. The routine continues for the whole weekdays.

1. Craft Room

I’m planning to tidy up the second bedroom and make it tidy & organized. I plan to make it ‘craft room’. Currently all my Craft things just kept in a box and of course, its not organized. This second bedroom is use for ironing room too. Besides, all the wedding gift is kept here. This room is totally a mess and not organized.

I have lots DIY/craft things since my engagement last year. Different type and colors of ribbon, different colors of tissue paper, beads, and more. I just need a cabinet drawer to keep all those things. That’s it.

2. DIY Jewelry

There are lots of beads and brooch in my un-organized room which i plan to make it as a simple jewelry. But, unfortunately, I have no time to do all this. :(

 3.  Travel Book / Log

My husband loves to travel. And I’m pretty sure that we’ll travel lots of place after this (hopefully). Since we’ve been married last December, we went to Cameron Highland & Bali, Indonesia. Even it’s a honeymoon and not traveled, that 2 place is already marked. I kept all the receipts, hotel’s receipt, and all the entrance ticket that we went before. So, my plan is to keep all the receipt and what so ever in a ‘Travel Book’ so that we can recap all our love journey together with our future kids. InsyaAllah.

4. Honeymoon Photobook

We went 2 different places for our honeymoon. Cameron Highlands & Bali. And of course there are thousand pictures was taken during our honeymoon. To keep all these memories, I’m planning to make a Honeymoon Photobook instead of keeping all those memories in the lappy. Yes..I need ‘more’ time on this. Soon, I promise.

Kalau perasan, bolg ni dah combined dengan post2 dari my previous blogs – artzleen.blogspot.com & tweetlurve.blogspot.com. Dedua blogs tu dah lama diprivatekan, but now sume post kat situ dah dimasukkan kat sini. Settled.

Sekarang tinggal 1 rumah. Semoga yang ni pun x terbengkalai.

12-Days-To-Go

Doblas hari lagi. Kad Kahwin dah di edar, invitation kat fb pun dah dibuat. Ucapan ‘tahniah’ pun dah mula di terima – thank you uolls ;)

TAPI, dah tinggal doblas hari ni pun boleh nak tukar theme majlis. Boleh gitu? Nampak sgt tak tetap pendirian kan?

Actually my mom kata my wedding dress yang emerald green tu simple sgt katanya. Dia bayangkan baju yang penuh manik-manik. Tapi takpelah, baju tu tetap akan disiap kan. Lagi pun I’ve spent a lot of money for that dress. Kalau tak dapat pakai masa sanding nnti, boleh buat pegi dinner je.

So, as a backup plan, I’ve choose a white wedding dress from my MUA. Sebenarnya dah perasan baju ni masa last dtg butik dia aritu and tros bgtau nak baju ni as a backup, and finally semalam dah confirmed. Nasib baik dia kata ok, cuma nak call and confirmkan balik je…sebab semalam confirmkan thru fb komen je. Boleh gitu?

Bila dah nak pakai dress putih ni, and my future handsome Groom akan pakai Mandarin Coat kaler hitam, terus terbayang Edward & Bella punyer wedding dlm Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 1.  Sebab tu lah nak tukar sikit theme. Nak selitkan ala-ala Edward & Bella, lagipun benda2 lain dah memang kaler Hijau, so rasanya x susah nak twist sikit my wedding theme – kan? Untuk rambut, nak tiru exactly macam Bella, InsyaAllah :) – Please refer ‘Twilight Breaking Down Inspired Wedding’ post for more inspiration.

Majlis dah dekat, banyak lagi benda belom siap. Sekarang plak musim hujan, kena hujan sikit dah pening. Dulu rasa macam kebal je bila kena hujan, time ‘darah manis’ ni plak dah tak kebal sbb asek saket pale sbb kna hujan. Semoga tak sakitlah nanti masa nak naik pelamin.

So sekarang ni tinggal nak buat Guestbook, handbouquet, food labelling & banner. Awal-awal aritu xnak buat, sekarang baru nak tergedik-gedik. Doorgift pun xsiap lagi. I wish I have mooooooorreeee time :’(

New Home ;)

So, last Saturday I was moved out from my ‘ bujang’  house to a new one. Apartment biasa je and sangat kosong sebab xde furniture lagi. Setakat ni cuma ada TV cabinet, coffee table, kitchen cabinet and bedroom set. For me its ok la sebab at least ada jugak perabot walaupun sikit. And at the same day, we bought a new LED TV – yeay! Tidaklah kebosanan duk rumah sorang2. Astro xde lagi. Tunggu bakal hubby masuk duk skali nanti baru panggil orang astro datang.

2-3 hari pertama ni duk sorang2 dulu, and i’ll be going back to hometown this weekend. So, next week baru ada kawan dtg meneman. Lagipun tinggal a few days je pun before my BIG day.

As at today, tinggal enam-belas-hari je lagi before my wedding. Wedding preparation tergendala sekejap sebab sibuk mengemas rumah baru. Sekarang ni lagi ni lagi sibuk nak mengemas and menghias rumah dari sibuk nak menyiapkan hantaran kawin. Hopefully lepas balik dari kampung nanti ada semangat nak siapkan sume.

#nowplaying – My Everything by 98 degrees

Actually kad kahwin ni belum di edarkan lagi walaupun sekeping. Tapi at my parents side, kad ni dah tersebar luas, especially untuk kawan2 mak-ayah yg jauh. Untuk my friends, kononnya nak edarkan start 23th Nov nanti sebab tak nak bagi awal2, takot orang kata kita x sabau nau nak kawen plak. Hehehe..

I designed my own card, but hantar for printing at kadkahwinmu.com. Actually, design asal yang dia bagi tu x menepati citarasa I gitew. So terpaksa lah design sendiri, tapi design asal yang I buat tu banyak sgt kena tukar sbb tak sama format dgn deyorg (kadkahwinmu). And finally, hasil printing kire “ok-ok je” lah walaupun nampak simple sgt (sbb background putih).

My Wedding Invitation card ni jenis budget. Budget means MURAH. Sekeping je alahai – depan belakang. Tapi disebabkan orang akan buang kad ni sesuka hati nanti, so tempah kad yang jenis ni amatlah berbaloi-baloi.

At the same time, I amek design yang sama untuk buat e-card, so boleh hantar kad guna email je. For those yang I x sempat nak hantar kad nanti, I will send an invitation through email okay. And btw kalau xdapat email jugak, refer je invitation kat bwah ni. :)

Home Sweet Homw! Ooh! Not yet! But Alhamdulillah, rumah untuk disewa dah dapat, bulan Dec dah boleh masuk. Apartment kecil biasa je with 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathroom.

(sekadar hiasan tapi lebih kpd berangan)

Since ‘dah confirmed’ dapat rumah, I’ve been berangan all days and nite smpai tak boleh tido dibuatnya sebab nak deco macamane nanti. Walaupun rumah sewa, tapi at least finally dapat duduk ala-ala rumah sendiri (sebab berdua & ‘family sendiri’), home decoration perlulah ada. Sekarang ni duduk menyewa bujang memang xde mood lah nak menghias rumah, kalau yer pun kat small private room je. But for awhile sementara menanti bakal suami sah menjadi suami untuk tinggal bersama, terpaksa tinggal sendiri.

Sambil berangan, smbil tu jugak jalan2 kat ikea semalam sebab nak ambil mood rumah baru. Nak cari furniture kononnya tapi tak boleh nak beli apa-apa lagi sbb belum masuk rumah lagi, tapi xpe..survey itu penting. Salah 1 idea bila dah masuk rumah nanti, nak letak poster ‘Audrey Hepburn’ kat atas TV ATAU poster ‘Manhattan night’.

Idea lain untuk rumah baru nanti….nak buat 2nd Bedroom jadi ‘Walk in Closet’

Terasa diri ni fabulous kalau dapat walk in closet mcamni.

Tapi dah nama berangan, tak semestinya dpat. Tak pe, berangan x kena bayar ;)

Apa2 pun, bila dah masuk rumah baru nanti, nak penuhkan rumah dengan perabot penting dulu such as TV, Bedroom set, Sofa, Meja makan & etc.

Money ooh money… :’(

Cerita Besday & “Dress Disaster”

Ceritanyer…semalam was my 27th besday! Alhamdulillah, dah 27 tahun hidup dengan sihat walafiat kat muka bumi ni. This year punyer besday best skit sebab dah bergelar tunangan orng gitew. Tahun ni pun dapat bunga besar dari siTunang (sama mcm last year) and special dinner with him. Okay, nak show off skit…. ;)

Then, yang disasternyer pulak, my wedding dress!! Gerams betul. Semalam dah dapat baju tu dari akak tailor tu tapi die buat bukan yang mcam org suruh tapi die dah bgtau awal2 baju tu belum siap sepenuhnyer, nak suh try je dulu ok ke tak fittingnyer, tapi baju tu dah macam baju ada apron baby dah. Nak menangis tapi tak boleh, sabar dulu..takpe..takpe… Sekarang just nak suruh die alter skit and buang everything yang ada lace. Dan sekarang terpaksa hunting design baju lagi untuk biar die jadi molek skit.

He make my dreams come true…

So, we went to Matta Fair last saturday. Misi utama ialah untuk mencari tempat hanimunan (honeymoon) di bulan January (after bertandang).

him : nak pegi mane?

me : Paris! Spain!

him : Krabi or Bali?

me : Ooh.. Bali

Well, Paris and Spain are in NOT in the list. So we’ve decided to go to BALI.

Finally, lepas penat merayau, we’ve booked for the Honeymoon Package at Bali! Weehuu…!!

Honeymoon Package means Private Villa with Private pool, candle light dinner with romantic floating flower arrangement in the swimming pool , 2hours Spa Treatment, Honeymoon cake and etc.

And when siTunang confirmed the payment, I secretly looking at his face and ckap dalam hati “U just make my dreams come true” -chewah.

What else can I say. He’s really make my dream come true. Selalunya cuma tengok “Honeymoon Album” kat fb bila orang upload gambar kat Bali with their private villa with private pool but now, aku pun ada, ko ingat ko sorang je boleh ada macamtu? Hehe.

Masa reception nanti, kena pakai baju sendiri sebab kat MUA tu baju dia agak tak trendy. Boleh je sebenarnya nak pakai, tapi sebab harga ‘kena tambah’ (dress baru) tu sama macam buat baju sendiri, baik buat baju sendiri. Puas hati sendiri. Nasib baik siTunang setuju pakai Mandarin Coat hitam dari MUA. Senang sikit nak design dress sanding sendiri tu. Warna pilihan - Emerald Green with Black Lace. Cuba tengok gambar kawin Elyana ni. Gojes.

Kain dah beli. Satin Silk je, beli kat EuroModa. Sekarang tinggal nak cari design dress yang sesuai. Tailor xde masalah, cuma masalah upah mahal & murah je. Upah tailor dari RM250 hingga RM700. So, fikirlah sendiri nak yang mana. Kalau nak pegi yang lagi mahal, pegi kat Rizman Ruzaini, confirm puas hati, hasilnya cantik macam baju Mawar ni (link). Tapi x mampulah pulak nak anto kat tailor mahal2.

Setakat ni, design yang berkenan kat hati ada kat bawah ni, semua dress ni ada gabung dengan lace kat bahagian atas. Petang ni kalau sempat nak terus anta baju kat tailor. Senang, x payah fikir lagi nanti, kalo x nanti, siang malam x boleh tido. Nak kawen tapi jadi mata panda pulak nanti. Kesian siTunang dapat wifey mata panda.

As at today

Tinggal 3 Bulan 2 Minggu. Persiapan dah makin rancak. Masa tinggal 6 bulan aritu asek cakap “relax, lambat lagi. xde mood nak kawen lagi nak siapkan benda2″. Sekarang? hamek kau. 3 bulan? Dah macam ninja nak siapkan semua benda. Ada jugak benda yang terpaksa cancel nak buat sebab takot x sempat nak buat.

Dalam masa ni jugak sibuk nak cari idea lagi. Hari-hari sibuk nak cari idea, at last nanti, habuk pun tadak.

Checklist? Malas nak tengok sebab banyak sangat benda x ber’tick’.

Setakat ni : 

Photographer – tinggal bayar deposit (ujung bulan ni) – date booking dah bayo.

MUA – dah bayar deposit.

Baju Nikah – dah anta kat tailor (2/9/2012)

Baju Sanding – 3/9/2012 – 6/9/2012 – Hunting for kain n design. 6/9/2012 beli kain kat EuroModa tapi TAK hantar kat tailor lagi. (sent – 10/09/2012)

Kad Kahwin – ada Pameran Pengantin minggu ni kat Ampang Point (7/9/2012 – 9/9/2012). Nak book terus! (booked! 09/09/2012)

Honeymoon – weekend ni nak jengah Matta Fair, tengok2 mana tau kalo bole dapat harga murah pegi Hawaii. (miyau – 08/09/2012)

Date bertandang – dah confirmed. Lega.

Sekarang masih tengah pikir pasal guestbook and decorations masa receptions nanti. Semua nak pikir sorang2. Pengsan! Kalaulah body ni boleh belah 3. Senang sikit idup.

Akhirnya….photographer & MUA dah booked! yeay!

5 Months 1 Weeks & 5 Days to go..

 Alhamdulillah, my preparation goes well. Went to the Pameran Pengantin at Melaka last week at Mydin MITC Melaka and I’ve finally booked my Wedding Photographer! Phiew. It’s not easy to find ‘the best & not-so-expensive’ photographer nowadays, but I managed to find the best one. And luckily, he’s from Tangkak, Johor. Yeah, 1 kampung lagi senang coz leh jimat for their petrol and penginapan.  Disebabkan I booking photographer tu masa Pameran Pengantin Melaka, I got the best deal and free gift. And guess what? I got free WhiteStudio Shoot for free (worth RM100). Dah settle 2 benda kat situ, Wedding photographer & ‘mini’ pre-wedding photoshoot. All thanks to AR Studios. ;)  Tak sabar nak tengok gambar wedding diri sendiri nanti.

Sebelum berlepas ke Melaka for Pameran Pengantin last week, sempat jugak set appointment dengan MUA  untuk Make Up & Pelamin. I love their pelamin and baju sanding so much! So fresh and Modern. Dah settle booking date and tinggal utk fitting baju je nnti. Untuk MUA & Pelamin, I tak nak reveal dulu.  ;)

..and for the rest; door gifts,  catering, kompang, mr.DJ and lain2, semuanya sudah 40% siap and booked. Luckily ada my best weeding planner ever a.k.a my Mum ;)

Quick Update! Save-The-Date!

Alhamdulillah, the date is finally confirmed. My Nikah ceremony will be on 22nd December 2012 – lepas asar and Majlis Resepsi/ Sanding pulak on the next day, 23rd December 2012. Apa yang best tentang my wedding date ni, date bersanding nanti sama dengan my parent's 34th anniversary and cukup sebelas bulan kami bertunang. yeay! ;)

Warna Tema & Theme : Hijau Epal + Putih + Baby Pink menjadi pilihan.

Theme : ‘Hunger Games’ Themed Weddings. Eh No! Garden Theme Wedding, Insyallah, Let's make it real ;)

Kursus Kahwin : 14th & 15th April 2012

..dan yang lain-lain pulak, ada banyak masa lagi nak buat and as at today's date ada lagi 278 hari lagi before my wedding day.

Ayat “nak pikat suami melalui masakan” mesti uolls dah biasa dengarkan? Tapi macamane kalau nak kahwin tapi TAK TAHU masak? Dan macamane nak pikat hati suami kalau tak tahu masak? 

I ni bukannyer jenis tak tahu masak langsung yer bakal puan-puan, tapi I ni jenis yang malas masak sebab duk bujang ni pikir perut sendiri je. So, tapau lagi senang yer puan-puan. Tapi dengan berkat kecomelan mr.raul I ni, arini I dapat buku resepi (w’pun I yang mintak. hehe..). So, mulai harini, I kenelah belajar memasak secara professional. Kalau bukan sekarang nak belajar, bila lagi, betul x? 

Buku resepi ni adalah sangat recommended untuk bakal puan-puan di luar sana terutamanya yang tak tahu masak langsung sebab resepi dalam buku ni semuanya ringkas dan padat.

Kenapa tak gigit kasut dulu?

Actually nak post pasal ‘gigit kasut’ ni dari minggu lepas lagi tapi sebab kesibukan melampaui batasan, arini baru mampu nak mengepost.

A few weeks ago, i dah tersangat gile dengan ‘BATA Shoes Fair Sale‘. Tapi gile-gile pun, I tangkap 2 pasang kasut jek. Murah-murah giler I-tell-yu! Harga dari RM5 ke atas. Kalau kena masa ‘Happy-Hour’ pulak, kasut sukan Power tu boleh dapat harga RM30 for 2 pairs!!! Mulalah ramai orang meroyan nak cari saiz sebab ‘happy-hour’ tu cuma dalam setengah jam jek, if not, harga asal masa tu pun dalam RM30 je sepasang, Still murah what?

Berbalik ke cerita ‘gigit kasut’ tadi, I dapat sambar 2 pasang kasut yang tersangat vogue gitew. Kalau kat Vincci pun, kasut jenis macam ni harganye dalam Rm60 onward. Sebab teruja sangat dapat kasut vogue murah, I beli sampai tak ikot size betul. Size 36 & 37. Size kaki ialah 6 atau 36. 1 pasang tu size mungkin dah betul tapi mungkin sebab jenis kasut tu bertutup litup yang buatkan kaki i meroyan bila pakai.

1st time pakai kasut coklet ni pegi keje, matchkan dengan skirt kembang leopard. Memula ok tapi lelame sakit mungkin sebab sempit ataupun sebab zip kat belakang tu. Last2, I pakai kasut berzip separuh je barulah kaki I berenti meraung.

Kasut hitam ni plak I pakai on friday. Our lunch hour on that day ialah 2 hours. So, merayaulah. TAPI nak merayau dengan kasut baru ni adalah sakit sehingga menangis tak berlagu. Sakit yang teramat!! Dah almost nak beli selipar murah dah masa tu sebab tak tahan tapi my friend yang baik hati offer tukar pakai kasut. I pakai kasut die and die pakai kasut I. Selesa sungguh pakai kasut orang lain walaupun tingginyer same (3inch?). My friend pulak pakai kasut I kata rasa selesa jek mungkin sebab memang size die. I plak mungkin sebab size kasut tu besar skit dari kaki I tapi sbenarnyer muat2 je pun. Sakit kat bahagian tapak kaki sehingga menghasilkan gelembung berair. 

Then bila dah meroyan kaki sakit macamni, ada plak yang siap kata “kenapa tak gigit kasut tu dulu?”. I pernah dengar pasal gigit mengigit kasut ni tapi tak pernah nak buat. I tak sampai hati plak nak gigit kasut tu lagipun which part of kasut tu yang kena gigit sebenarnya? And betul ke kalau kite gigit kasut tu nanti kaki kite tak sakit bila pakai? Atau adakah semua itu hanyalah mitos semata-mata??

Salam & Hello Ladies,

Lama sungguh tak update blog ni. Since lepas bertunang last month, kononnye nak rest dulu untuk fikir semua pasal wedding stuff. Lagi pun date nak kahwin belum officially confirm, so nak buat itu ini pun tak ada semangat langung. :’(

Oh ya, walaupun belum buat apa-apa for my wedding nanti, I tetap busy mencari idea and inspirasi tau. So, tak de la rest sangat pun sebab pale otak sibuk pikir nak kaler ape and tema apa. Buat masa ni warna hijau epal + baby pink + white & tema ala-ala garden menjadi pilihan. Tapi tak mustahil esok lusa warna dan tema tu bakal berubah sebab I ni jenis tak tetap pendirian, lagipun wedding lama lagi, ada banyak masa lagi nak fikir kan? :)

Sambil mencari idea dan inspirasi di alam maya, I dah tersangatlah ketagih dengan Pinterest ni. Kalau keje opis tu 8 jam, 7 jam setengah I busy kat Pinterest, setengah jam lagi je I buat keje. Sangat ketagih I-tell-yu!

Kat sini u all boleh cari macam2 gambar yang deyorng dah share kat sini. Pastu kalo suka boleh ‘Re-Pin’ and simpan kat u all punyer own pinboard. Re-pin tu macam ‘reteweet’ la bak kata twitter or ‘reblog’ bak kata Tumblr. Pastu pinboard tu plak macam folder yang boleh simpan macam2 gambar mengikut kategori kesukaan diri sendiri.

Untuk majlis nikah nanti, awal-awal my mom dah pesan kena pakai tudung walaupun majlis akad nikah tu buat kat umah je. Duhh. baru nak show-off rambut blonde masa nikah nanti. Tapi rasa terpikat dengan idea ala-ala arab ni. Walaupun idea ni dah lama orang buat, tapi I suka sangat sebab at least boleh ‘cover nervous’ masa future hubby nak akad nikah nanti. Cantik?

Entry kali ni tak de kena mengena dengan bab-bab kahwin k, TAPI cuma nak ajak u all semua menyimpan duit dari sekarang untuk kesenangan di hari tua nanti. Jangan risau, ini bukan MLM, ini adalah pelaburan secara sah di sisi undang-undang dan halal di sisi Islam.

Pernah dengar tentang Pelaburan Unit Amanah melalui KWSP? Well, I’m here to help you. Pelaburan Unit Amanah melalui KWSP atau dengan nama glamernyer Unit Trust adalah salah satu cara anda boleh buat duit atau melabur melalui duit KWSP – account 1.

Melabur melalui EPF, anda tidak perlu keluarkan duit poket anda sendiri. Cuma menggunakan RM anda di account 1 di EPF je, dan dengan sedikit pengiraan, sejumlah amount akan dimasukkan ke account Unit Trust untuk dilaburkan. Duit yang dilaburkan tadi tak boleh dikeluarkan sehinggalah umur anda cukup 55 tahun. 

TAPI, percayalah…dengan duit yang anda laburkan tadi akan berganda berkali-kali ganda bila umur cukup 55 tahun nnti. Bila dah pencen nanti, tak payah nak fikir tentang macamane nak cari duit lagi, boleh duduk senang goyang kaki. 

I’m an authorized Unit Trust consultant (Pub.Mutual) cuma tak tahu macamane nak explainkan dengan lebih detail kat sini, but I promise I will explain more nanti. I just found the perfect colour for my wedding soon, InsyaAllah.

Dua-dua colour garang tapi bila dah dimatchkan nmpak sgt cantik. Yang penting, bukan colour yang biasa orang pilih (#EhYeKe?) 

Colour ni belum confirm lagi but will be 1 of my choice. 

Warna garang itu sexy. ;)
